I recently stayed at a charming retreat nestled in a tranquil location, just a short distance from the bustling heart of the area. The hotel offered excellent value for money, providing spacious and well-equipped rooms for a comfortable stay. The friendly and attentive staff were always on hand to ensure a memorable experience. Additionally, being situated in close proximity to both the town center and the scenic Garden Route, it served as an ideal base for exploring the region's natural beauty.

We had a serene stay in a lovely and roomy cottage with necessary amenities. The hotel facilities were impressive, providing hot water bottles and DSTV. We appreciated the owner's experience in giving us the right space and guidance for local outings. The parking area was accessible and safe, providing a sense of security.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to everything in the city. the cottage is well-equipped with a spacious room and large bathroom. the host provided excellent service, making us feel at home with extra little things to ensure our comfort, like hot water bottles and a welcome drink.

The entrance to the accommodation was a bit problematic and could be improved to be more convenient.

The spacious cottage had everything we needed, including pre-ground coffee for a delicious plunger coffee in the morning! the comfortable bed and large bathroom were perfect for our small family. the location was incredibly convenient, just off the highway and close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. We also appreciated the friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The lack of security measures like an electric fence made us a little uneasy, especially since we were staying in an area surrounded by bushes. we understand that this is out of the hotel's control and unfortunately a reflection of the larger crime issues in our country.

Folder with all necessary information. Spacious and well-equipped. High-quality amenities and linen. Excellent value for money.

Not obvious to find.

The location of the hotel was good and easily accessible from the main road. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The hotel also offered a variety of activities to do, such as hiking and swimming in the nearby river.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was not enjoyable overall. The staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming, which made my stay very frustrating.
